The Solution

Provide professional and managed marketing services Our main focus is to be a marketing service provider. We provide services to established businesses, and dedicate a portion of the revenue to support the mission of our current Enactus SAU projects. In addition, we provide at-cost services to small businesses and startups to help them get their business off the ground.
Target small businesses We understand small businesses, and especially minority and women-owned small businesses, have additional barriers to break through to achieve business success. We are committed to providing professional and managed marketing services to these businesses at low cost so they can succeed and have one less area of business to worry about.
Partner with other small businesses We strongly believe in helping small businesses succeed, not taking business away from other small businesses. We only provide at-cost managed services to small businesses and startups who do not have the financial resources to hire a typical marketing service provider. We partner with other small business marketing service providers to provide specialized services to established businesses.
Support current Enactus SAU projects Enactus SAU is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering our community both locally and nationwide. We rely heavily on donations, but we also look for our own source of revenue. Some projects are able to produce more revenue than others. From the profits of this business, we dedicate a percentage to supporting the current Enactus SAU projects so they can fulfill their mission and assist the community.

The Solution

Provide a safe learning environment We believe in providing girls with a safe and supportive learning environment where they can study and gather interest in STEAM subjects. Our instructors are experienced computer majors and our helpers learn alongside the girls. We believe in having a positive attitude, working as a team, encouraging our students to learn quickly and be diligent in their work, while ensuring we do not push the pace too fast.
Provide a two semester after-school curriculum We partner with other organizations who have the same vision for girls, and who have established a standardized curriculum to provide our girls with quality education and a fun experience while learning about technology.
Spark girls' interest about technology in the classroom We teach girls to code in the Swift and Python languages as well as how to work with robotics, graphic design, and web design. We believe in giving back to the community, and organize a service project with the girls where they can apply the knowledge they learn in a practical sense to help the community.
Spark girls' interest about technology through various events We organize field trips to places such as the NASA Space and Rocket Center and we host tech-centered events to open a new world of opportunity for girls.
Expand HTML to new locations in the community We partner with other schools who would like to implement a similar program for girls and provide them with support through our experience and resources. Since COVID-19, we have organized our curriculum to provide an exceptional online learning experience for our girls when needed.

Mission Statement

We an on-campus social-entrepreneurship brand that raises funds to aid and limit in the number of cataract-affected patients in India. Doctor Jacob Prabhakar, an ophthalmologist working in India, has refined the corrective surgery from a standard 30 minutes to 3 minutes. 100% of the profits from the brand go towards his mission.

The Solution

Partner with an ophthalmologist and other non-profit agencies in Punjab, India We work with Dr. Jacob Prabhakar, an ophthalmologist at Ruby Nelson Memorial Hospital in Punjab, India. Dr. Prabhakar performs cataract surgeries across India and has developed a system to shorten each surgery to two-minutes and minimize operation, travel, and other expenses to $75. Our first engagement with Dr. Prabhakar was to perform a thorough needs assessment to see how we can further this mission.
Create audio devices to educate recovered patients regarding health We are partners with AWR in the creation of the Visionary Integrated Educational Workshop (V.I.E.W.) audio device for recovered patients. Our students wrote the script, recorded it, engaged a translator, and worked with AWR to get these files on the audio devices. During recovery, patients can listen to these devices to learn how to prevent future cataracts and improve their overall health.
Purchase medical equipment needed to perform surgeries We purchased a Keratometer that helped to improve surgery time and quality for over 10,000 patients each year.
Create a revenue system to support Dr. Prabhakar Our students design and create merchandise to sell off our website to bring awareness of Dr. Prabhakar's mission and to raise funds to support Ruby Nelson Memorial Hospital and the surrounding community. In addition, we maintain a donation system where family members and friends can give funds that will aid with this project.
