The Solution

This initiative helped to fund expansion of the microgreen kits into low-income communities.
Microgreens are 40x as nutritious as full-sized vegetables. In each kit, we included instructions on how to properly grow the microgreens.
We hired a student intern to run the market and extend its sustainability and reach through the summer.
Through this garden, we were able to provide fresh food to over 30 local residents.
